En los últimos tiempos he experimentado situaciones que por la fatalidad pude haber caído de nuevo en alguna enfermedad psicosomática como la experimentada hace muchos años entre desmayos y convulsiones a raíz del estrés.

Un PAIS en el peor declive económico y moral que jamás haya visto y vivido, donde las condiciones básicas de vida cada día son más vulneradas, un sistema de justica ausente, con una sociedad sumida en violencia que me toca de distintas formas, y un ámbito laboral que ofrece menos calidad de vida para sus empleados, en mi caso trabajo como docente, profesión y sistema educativo que agoniza tanto en su práctica como remuneración, y por último no menos importante una pandemia que invita a sacar lo peor de cada ser humano.

A COUNTRY in the worst economic and moral decline that I have ever seen and lived, where the basic conditions of life are more and more violated every day, an absent justice system, with a society plunged in violence that touches me in different ways, and a work environment that offers less quality of life for its employees, in my case I work as a teacher, profession and educational system that agonizes both in its practice and remuneration, and last but not least a pandemic that invites to bring out the worst in every human being.

De este modo he transitado por un laberinto de incertidumbres y que creo he sabido sobrellevar a partir de la práctica de varias actividades que desde hace mucho tiempo me han salvado de grande afecciones psicofísica ante las adversidades que he vivido y vivo, despertando mi paciencia, amor, coraje, tolerancia, creatividad y autocuidado para poder continuar mi destino.

In this way I have gone through a labyrinth of uncertainties that I believe I have been able to overcome through the practice of several activities that for a long time have saved me from great psychophysical affections in the face of the adversities that I have lived and live, awakening my patience, love, courage, tolerance, creativity and self-care in order to be able to continue my destiny.

Con la práctica de la Biodanza (sistema de integración afectiva y renovación orgánica a través del movimiento natural), el dibujo experimental, ejecución del tambor afrovenezolano, la escritura libre, el canto y la convivencia con la naturaleza tengo la dicha de poder estar en pie, estas actividades me han permitido conectar con mi conciencia afectiva y ecológica, drenar y equilibrar mis emociones dándome posibilidades de expresarme de una forma un poco más coherente ante el contexto.

With the practice of Biodanza (system of affective integration and organic renewal through natural movement), experimental drawing, Afro-Venezuelan drumming, free writing, singing and coexistence with nature I have the joy of being able to stand, these activities have allowed me to connect with my affective and ecological conscience, drain and balance my emotions giving me the possibility to express myself in a more coherent way in the context.

Estas prácticas han sido mi bálsamo en situaciones de estrés, tanto dentro como fuera de mi vínculo, han sido elementos impulsores guiándome a ser feliz pasando por proceso de discernimiento donde me siento capaz de mirar y decidir lo que es beneficio o no para mí. Es entonces cuando me he encontrado en un estado silente, intuitivo, contemplativo accionario pero sin atropellos ni para mí ni para los míos. He conseguido estados armónicos que implica mi autorregulación abordando mis pensamientos, emociones y decisiones de forma beneficiosa.

These practices have been my balm in stressful situations, both inside and outside my bond, they have been driving elements guiding me to be happy going through a process of discernment where I feel able to look and decide what is beneficial or not for me. It is then when I have found myself in a silent, intuitive, contemplative, actionary state but without outrages for me or for my loved ones. I have achieved harmonic states that involve my self-regulation by approaching my thoughts, emotions and decisions in a beneficial way.

También desde estas actividades he abierto mis brazos para recibir y así he conocido gente maravillosa con la capacidad de impulsar a otros para el beneficio común, de este modo fue que llegue a HIVE a través de mi amiga @miriannalis quien me hizo conocer la blockchain convirtiéndose esta nueva experiencia en una grata motivación en tiempos difíciles, para crecer y evolucionar a través de la escritura diaria donde puedo expresarme libremente y monetizar por lo que hago, siendo esto una gran posibilidad de bajar los niveles de ansiedad ante las condiciones económicas actuales.

El poder drenar mis aflicciones a través de mis prácticas habituales en estos últimos tiempos de gran conmoción me han hecho actuar paciente, objetiva y afectivamente, pienso que hay cosas que yo no puedo resolver por tanto me ocupo de lo que puedo y está a mi alcance. Las circunstancias presentes me han servido para autoexplorarme, reflexionar y reconocer mis potenciales, los caminos y herramientas que debo tomar para mi bienestar actual y a futuro.

Being able to drain my afflictions through my usual practices in these recent times of great commotion have made me act patiently, objectively and affectively, I think that there are things that I can not solve so I take care of what I can and is within my reach. The present circumstances have helped me to self-explore, reflect and recognize my potentials, the paths and tools that I must take for my current and future wellbeing.

El panorama en la actualidad es poco alentador donde pareciera no haber un futuro prominente, pero quedarse anclado en los fatídicos pensamientos es lo que causa la conmoción psicofísica y esto lo digo por experiencia. Creo que es importante, detenerse cuantas veces sea preciso, mirar hacia adentro y escuchar a nuestro cuerpo, emociones y conciencia, ofrecerle a nuestros organismos espacios y estados de bienestar desde las cosas más simples que tengamos cerca:

Caminar, escuchar música, admirar la naturaleza, darse un buen baño, una comida suculenta, un sueño reparador, conectar y escuchar la propia respiración. De este modo siendo amables con nosotros mismos promovemos la SALUD MENTAL de allí podemos recuperar la armonía que necesita nuestro cuerpo conectados al placer de vivir.

Dentro de mí se aviva una fuerza que me impulsa a no decaer lo reconozco como mi vitalidad, Afectividad y creatividad, Algunas veces esa fuerza se ve comprometido por el ego que me sabotea creándome dudas e incertidumbres ante mis resultados y propósitos, realmente lo reconozco como miedos, que como ser humano sé que forman parte de mí, pero mi poder y necesidad infinita de querer una vida mejor me impulsa a avanzar y a no decaer.

Sometimes this force is compromised by the ego that sabotages me, creating doubts and uncertainties before my results and purposes, I really recognize it as fears, that as a human being I know that they are part of me, but my power and infinite need to want a better life drives me to move forward and not to decay.
