An happy Thursday to you all! Another hot but cloudy day here and the workers in front of my home are still working to road resurfacing, even if there is the noise and very hot air from the new asphalt, maybe at the end we will have a beautiful street with no holes around. The funny thing is that this morning, when I was just out of my door, I see there was the bitumen along a part of the street. For a moment I thought to ask to the worker if they could give me a little jar of bitumen and if you are asking why I thought it, well, it was because I use a touch of it to give interesting shades to some of my artworks. ^_^ Just to know, I used some touched of bitumens (I bought it months ago in a art supplies shop) on the background of the oil on canvas that now it's drying. I loved to paint it on a larger size, because I could work better on the shades of the background. It's an oil painting 50 cm x 70 cm (19.6" x 27.5") size and, this time, I forgot to take some pics while I was painted it along the time, sorry.
