Cardero's Restaurant is open and very busy (at least during the long weekend). Anyways, reservations are advised :-)
Seaside Platter is a ptotein bomb! It combines perfect ribs, salmon, scallops and a shrimp skewer.
Awesome presentation and tastes great!
Ribs are super tender and souce is slighly spicy.
I wish there was also a hint of vegetables (to keep my consciousness at peace).
