In the slicing section, the instructions suggest pulling out the fit and locking it in, unlocking the handle, and pulling up the fastener to lock the feeder. To change the thickness of the slices, the thickness regulator can be rolled tight to different settings.
The second section provides instructions for cutting food into perfect thin slices by rolling the thickness regulator a little bit, and then cutting the food into slices. The same process can be used for cutting cucumbers.
In the third section, the instructions suggest rolling the thickness regulator tight to around 4 to cut the food into thicker slices or rotating it to 8 for the thickest slices. To cut the food into strips, the thickness regulator should be rolled tight to around height and one of the knobs should be rotated 360 degrees clockwise.
In the fourth section, the instructions suggest using the slicing machine to cut food into julienne or small dices by adjusting the thickness regulator and rotating the knobs. The feeder should be filled up with the food before cutting it.
