Hi, his is my meal today as part of the #Ducan diet:
A grilled, boneless and defatted pork rib.
Red onions, yellow peppers and a heirloom tomato.
A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.
By following the #Ducan diet, I lost 9 kg in two months, another one and I will have reached my goal.
