My daily meal for Ducan diet (Fatloss)

Hi, his is my meal today as part of the #Ducan diet:

Grilled tofu with a teaspoon of grape seed oil and a tablespoon of soy sauce,

Some asparagus,

A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.

A meal rich in dietary fiber and protein, low in carbohydrates and lipids.
