This is my meal today as part of the #Ducan diet
A grilled guinea fowl leg then slowly cooked in an infusion of fennel.
Steamed green beans reheated in defatted guinea fowl juice.
A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.
We do not eat the skin of the guinea fowl of course.
Meal low in carbohydrates and fat, rich in protein and fiber.
