Visual Studio Code - Zen Mode

Visual Studio Code has zen mode which allows you to type the code without any distraction.


There are times when you don't want distraction of any kind. And in such case you can make use of the Zen mode of the Visual Studio Code.

Using the zen mode can be handy when you don't want much distraction. So in case when you are writing the book or say article or even small amount of code which requires your attention. This can be pretty handy.

Tip: Zen Mode

You can go into the zen mode using the View > Command Palette > Zen Mode.

You can also make use of the shortcut : Ctrl+K Z

You can also choose how much screen space you want to take. Like if you don't want full screen zen mode, you can also adjust that part. You can also adjust the specific screen width etc for that.

By the way you can use the escape button twice to come out of the zen mode.
