TL;DW (Too Long; Didn't Watch)
- A high school in New Jersey is offering an elective class that teaches cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- The same elective offers lessons in budgeting, credit cards, taxes, investing, entrepreneurship AND how to create business plans.
- Students started asking about crypto and one teacher made a plan and it got passed.
- They don’t teach investment strategies, but several students have taken it upon themselves to dive right in.
- One student invested before the pump, end of last year, and cashed out when Bitcoin was around $19,000 and then INVESTED that into a new business.
- Crypto is already popular in colleges and universities, it was only a matter of time before it hit high schools.
