My Opinion On Veruscoin

Some of us have been waiting for three years, others have been working their butts of to make this project what it is right now...
Standing on the sideline and asking question like when moon and why not high price doesn't do anything good for the price. If anything, it drives away people because of the perceived negative sentiment.
The currencies that reach big price levels are mostly projects that have VC's backing them. It is in their interest that the price goes up and they'll promote it to get people onboard. Because of the funds they are able to do that.
Verus indeed has no VC money. Every bit of marketing is community funded and community driven. It also results in less extreme price swings, because a lot of community members believe that $0.35 is a bargain and they pick up bargains as long as they're able to.
Price is a byproduct of adoption. And before the price can rise, we need to work on adoption. And 99.9% of the social media posts are indeed focusing on that.
BTC didn't grow to a billion marketcap overnight, nor will Verus. Any project that does, is suspicious for me.
