This is the Beastmode Burger Deluxe from Cinnamon Snail located in The Pennsy in New York City. The Pennsy is actually really awesome. It's super close to Penn Station and it's basically an awesome food court with a bar and multiple eateries located inside of it, plus a ton of seating.
So this beautiful monster of a burger is an ancho chili seitan burger that has been grilled in maple hickory bbq sauce and is topped with jalapeno mac n cheese, smoked chili coconut bacon, arugula and chipotle mayo. All tucked between (And falling out of!) a grilled pretzel bun.
