Home made side dishes are prepared regularly. They usually have 6 or 7 different choices.
I am not to sure what those noodles are called. I think the black one is Jajangmyeon and the red one is Jambong.
This is called BuTaeChiGae. It is vegan sausage with kimchee and some random vegetables.

This is what the front of the store looks like. There are 2 other vegan restaurants which are a 2 minute walk from here. One is a buffet and the other is a cafe with ice cream, cakes and other meals. Half of the cafe is full of vegan products, everything from soap and shampoo to vegan snacks.
