The proposal is the implementation of the Beneficiaries feature which is not available on several front ends of the Steem-Blockchain.
As a good example SteemPeak leads the way and has implemented this feature which can/should also integrate the eSteem app.
Proposal Description
The Beneficiaries function can be added by an extension in the "Create a Post" area at the bottom. In a DropDown menu you can choose if you want to add the Reward in 100% SP - 50%/50% SP/Steem - Decline - or just in addition Beneficiaries.
If you now select "Beneficiaries", the user gets another menu for adding a username and the percentage of benefits to be given.
With a click on "Add" this user will be added and automatically paid out after 7 days after the payout period.

Benefits
The advantages of adding the Beneficiaries can be used positively in many areas. As a good example I see this function in the area of communities to transfer a part of a project or task directly to a Steemian via post-payout - just like the blockchain specifies.
