Steem Gallery is a tool for viewing images posted on steemit. It allows you to discover images by users or images with a certain tag.

What is Steem Gallery?
Do you often struggle with finding images you had in a post a while ago? You have to scroll through all your posts clicking on each of them and looking through the content, until you rediscover the image you were looking for.
Steem Gallery will help you to view and manage the images of all your posts. Additionally it will help you to discover new images by allowing you to search for a user or a tag.
You will save a lot of time using Steem Gallery.
How does it work?
The interface is super simple, mobile friendly and easy to use and best of all, it is super safe. You will never have to enter any of your steem credentials to use the service.
Simply enter @username or a tag and wait for the magic to happen.
The tool will load an inital set of posts with all their images. The images are sorted by date, with the newest post on top. When you scroll further down, more images will be loaded, until there are no more images to load.
When entering a tag only the last 100 posts can be displayed at the moment. This may be fixed with one of the next updates.
Steem Gallery also includes an image viewer to have a better look at images, zoom into them, download them or share them. Click on a loaded image to enlarge it and open the image viewer. You can navigate in the image viewer with your mouse or with the arrow keys.
Be aware of the mobile data consumption of the service. The images have to be loaded in original quality, which may consume a lot of data. Use it only on a wifi connection or with an unlimited data plan.
The Future
Right now the tool is in beta phase. Please help by pointing out bugs or improvements. There are several features, which may be added in the future:
- Select multiple images for download
- Include more options for filtering images
