Extreme Laziness from the USPS!

So I moved into my current home two months ago.

I've been writing "Not at address" on mail in my mailbox for people who didn't live there since the start.

The post office refuses to remove the mail.

After about three weeks I start writing the date I checked the mail on the envelopes and wrote a big note threatening to call the post office and placed that envelope very visibly in the mailbox.

They still refuse to pick up mail that doesn't belong to me.

I called the postal headquarters and got ticket #CA138151730 assigned to me, at which time a local supervisor called me back and promised the mail would be picked up.

Three weeks later I called the central post office again and gave them the ticket number. They had a regional hub manager call me back. She told me it was MY PROBLEM and I needed to give her the name of each and every person I don't want getting mail at my house. Try anyone who isn't listed on the labels inside the door?

Still, the mail has been piling up for two months. I put the ticket number on the side of the mailbox, and I've started the online shaming campaign, of which this is part of it. I'm using Twitter too, even though I don't use it for much since it seems to be where USPS is.
