Today, i am sharing my little knowledge in cooking and my #ulogs post (day #2). I am going to cook my menu for the day introducing my "pork in a vinegar".
My main ingredients:
Pork meat
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Garlic
Onion
Paminta leaf
Seasoning
Salt
Water
My step by step process:
Sliced the spices, onion and garlic.
Put the pork into the pot.
Add the sliced spices, together with paminta leaf.
Pour it with a little vinegar, together with the soy sauce.
Put the seasoning and the salt.
Add water depending on the amount of meat, properly to be cooked.
Put it into the fire, let it cooked and cover it.
Test the meat, and if it is soft already and soup turns sticky.
And now ready for serving.
