It is not easy to forget things that hurts you but if you choose to forgive you will learn to forget that something that hurt you. When you are free of excess baggage in you heart, there are a lot of space to love and be happy. It makes you smile , it will give you peace of mind and a healthy body. A happy heart will give you a happy thoughts and happy life.
Hate the sin not the sinners. All of us are sinners and we should not forget to ask forgiveness to God for all that we've done because I know He is always willing to forgive us as long as we are sincerely asking for forgiveness.
