Today I am @fauzanramazana and my college friend visited the coffee plantation to collect data on coffee farmers' activities.

As always, coffee plants enter the harvest period (production) only at the beginning of the rainy season, estimated that production for this year will be more than the previous year if seen from the number of special coffee logs. for now it is still waiting for the harvest and it is very felt the impact on daily needs.

Harvesting is done by choosing the perfect red coffee fruit. Then sorting is done to separate fruit that is perfectly cooked and which is not. Furthermore, postharvest is wet by stripping the skin using pulper, fermentation, washing, drying, stripping horns, sorting coffee beans, and packaging.
