ULOG (HOWTO): Run over a long distant without loosing strength

Today was a challenging one for me.Apart from farming, i have passion to serve my nation in the military or paramilitary organization.

Luckily for me, one of such organization is currently recruiting, so i decided to give it a trial.

The second stage of the screening process is running over a distance of about 3km in 20mins. Even though i am used to daily exercises, it was a hard task ahead.

So, i kicked off at a normal pace while on an almost flat terrain, whenever i encounter a down slope, i increased my speed to cover time lost, with reduced energy loss.

Whenever i encounter an upslope i reverse to normal speed while making sure i dont stop in order not to loose the spirit.

All the while i made sure i breath mostly through my nose.

Fortunately,i was part of those that made it back to the starting point in time.
