for my Ulog #2 I will share to you today one of the dishes i know that my family really love. It is what I called "sayote na may karne" in tagalog.
I learned how to cook this dish through my mother and I will share it to you on how to do it
first thing is the ingredients: chopped onion and garlic, sliced pork meat, sliced sayote( chayote in spanish),soy sauce, salt and pepper.
procedure:
saute garlic and onion.
next is put the sliced pork meat and add some soy sauce and mix it.
when the meat is already tender, put the sliced sayote and mix it and cover until the sayote becomes tenders. after that put 1 glass of water.
lastly is season it with salt and ground black pepper depending on your taste.
