#ulog Day 1 : Today I Cook for My Family!

Hello guys...

Today is sunday and it’s a family day!

Since it is a family day, today I will cook vegetables with ground beef for our lunch as my first entry in #ulog of @surpassinggoogle.

Every sunday is a family day!

Well it is literally for me that sunday is a family day because I only go home every sunday of the week. This is the day that I only be with my family so I want it to be more special for them!

Early in the morning, I went to the market to buy some meat and vegetables for lunch. I also bought a banana as requested by my wife- Dian. After I buy all I need, then I went home.

As I arrived at home, I prepared all the ingredients of the meal I will prepare.

First thing I did is to wash the beef and chop it to make it ground.

After that, I put it to the pot and add water then boil it with low fire.

Then I soak the vegetables in water and salt, wash, and slice it.

After all the vegetables ingredients was prepared, I decided to cook our rice so it will be ready when the dish is cook!

After a couple minutes, I put all the vegetables in the pot.

After that, I put all the spices and wait 20 minutes and it’s ready to serve!

Few minutes later, I’m done cooking so I call my wife and son to eat already.

It is best time to eat when the food is still hot!👍🏼

Convo while eating, Alexus said to me...

Daddy! my muscle is getting bigger!

I said...

Can I see it?

Then he replied...

YES!!!

Then he stand up and show me his muscle!

Then I said to him that his muscle is getting bigger because he is eating vegetables and he needs to eat more.hahaha😅

This is the precious time I want to spend with my family. Even though, I cannot spend it to them every day, but atleast every sunday!😊
