Central Asian Samsa.

Today I ordered Samsa from my neighbor/friend. She is a great cook. So I decided to try her samsa. What is samsa? It’s kind of like pirogi, inside is the ground beef with onion, or chicken with veggies, or cheese. The dough is used is the one you’d use for croissants. She makes the dough herself, I mean from the scratch!
This kind of samsa is baked in the oven. I’ve heard there are kinds that are fried but I never tried those.

So I ended up ordering 15 samsas for my family, and we still have leftovers for tomorrow.
