It is a crystal clear set up for everyone and anyone who may question anything that the politicians say or do.

It has been worded in a way that sets YOU as an individual up for the fall.
With the excuse being "terrorism".
It is definitely along the same lines of what the NAZIs did in the 1930's.
It is 100% in line with what the international socialists, communists did and do so as to drag people out of their homes, or off the streets and enforcing their agenda.
As for the September 11, warning, yes, this is nothing new, but again, with the current situation in the world, in particular in western "democracies", it is highly likely that bad people will take advantage of these "uncertain times".
& that will be the excuse to introduce a dystopian future for one and all.
