Working of Triple Duty Valve
The components in the Triple Duty Valve enable it to function in the same way as the three Valves.
1.Shut off Valves: Allowing the isolation of the pump, from the rest of the system – acts as a positive shutoff. Whenever this is required, it can be fully closed to stop the flow
2.Check valves: this phase prevents the backflow of fluid from the system and allows only one-directional flow. this mechanism is automatic and prevents potential damage
3.Balancing/Throttling Valve: regulate the flow rate within the system. This can be done by adjusting the valve to balance the system. Helps in maintaining desired pressure and flow conditions.
The valve has a handle or lever, which can be rotated to adjust these actions. The combination of discs and seats is constructed inside, as a way to control the fluid flow and pressure. The movement of the handle either closes or opens the passageway to allow, close, or restrict the flow.
