Espero que estén teniendo una gran semana, para finalizar la mía en esta hermosa mañana les comparto mi receta de una deliciosa comida que tuve el gusto de disfrutar en el fin de semana, se trata de un almuerzo compuesto por arepa frita, sardina frita, ensalada y plátano frito, puede sonar pesado por todo lo que se debe freír pero realmente vale la pena con tal de disfrutar de algo diferente, especialmente un domingo como hoy, espero que les guste, sin más, ¡a cocinar!

I hope you are having a great week, to end mine on this beautiful morning I share my recipe for a delicious meal that I had the pleasure of enjoying on the weekend, it is a lunch consisting of fried arepa, fried sardine, salad and fried plantain, it may sound heavy for everything that needs to be fried but it is really worth it to enjoy something different, especially on a Sunday like today, I hope you like it, without further ado, let's cook!

🍲 1 Taza de harina de maíz. 🍲 2 Tazas de agua. 🍲 Sardinas frescas. 🍲 Repollo. 🍲 1 Zanahoria pequeña. 🍲 1 Tomate. 🍲 ½ Plátano. 🍲 3 Ramitas de perejil. 🍲 1 Limón. 🍲 Saborceador. 🍲 Sal. 🍲 Vinagre. 🍲 Aceite para freír. 🍲 Aguacate (opcional)

🍲 1 Cup of cornmeal. 🍲 2 Cups of water. 🍲 Fresh sardines. 🍲 Cabbage. 🍲 1 Small Carrot. 🍲 1 Tomato. 🍲 ½ Banana. 🍲 3 sprigs of parsley. 🍲 1 Lemon. 🍲 Flavorizer. 🍲 Get out. 🍲 Vinegar. 🍲 Oil to fry. 🍲 Avocado (optional)

🍲 **PASO 1.** Iniciaremos la preparación de nuestro almuerzo preparando las arepas, para ello en un bowl verteremos dos tazas de agua, media cucharada de sal, una taza de harina de maíz y mezclaremos hasta integrar los ingredientes, luego amasamos bien hasta obtener una masa con consistencia compacta, luego tomamos una porción de la masa y moldeamos nuestra arepa.
