The very cool neighborhood of Kagurazaka
Walking the backstreets
After spending some time in my favorite bookstore in Tokyo, which happens to be in the cool modern area of Ginza, we went to the neighborhood of Kagurazaka and walked through the smaller backstreets in search of, well, anything interesting. It is full of places like this, with all its old world Japanese charm.
The sketch was done using a rapidograph pen with brown permanent ink in the cartridge. Later I added the color washes.
