When you walk over the Brooklyn bridge when its raining you will see just a few people walking over it. But I think when its raining you should actually visit the Brooklyn bridge. Almost no people and the buildings are magically hidden in the clouds. I will remember this walk over the bridge for a long time, really made a great impression.
