The wee Blu Inn was established in 1972 and is a small town Pub with pool tables, shuffleboard, Darts pinball and a jukebox to choose your favorite music and tv's to watch and cheer on your team. They have a few booths and some tables for dining, and on the weekends they have live bands playing on stage in the back.
This is one of those establishments that has figured out how to stay in business for over 45 years on Payson main street. Which if you have watched main street in Payson you will realize that this is a difficult thing to do. One reason that they are still here is the food has a fantastic reputation.
The Big Moe is a signature meal and an award winning burger that is huge you may be afraid to order one. It has almost everything on with a side of fresh cut fries. You may not be able to finish it but it is worth a try
There is a great selection of sandwiches and burgers and each is reasonably priced and comes with a stack of french fries. The dinner menu also includes halibut fish and chips, shrimp, chicken strips. They do have salads and smaller side orders like english chips, onion rings, tater tots, and corn dogs
They have Daily midweek specials from 6-9 PM

The bar is the only one in the area and is the spot for those looking for a drink, the mixed drinks and beer prices comparable for a Utah bar.
