Daltons is probably the highest end eating establishment in payson when it comes to American food you can get a comfortable sit-down meal with live music entertainment on a regular basis. Prime rib smoked salmon & burgers in a casual steakhouse with rustic decor. The ownership has changed a few times so if you ate here 20 years ago be aware that some things have changed. The atmosphere is still quaint with a small time feel, but sometimes the quality and service are not what they used to be. The dress standards of the help and the table settings are now more casual and at times the food and service do not meet the high standard that was set by the Dalton brothers. Of course, the price has gone up as it has with everything. but it is not the same experience of days gone by.
