my opinion on PIZZA token, BEER and all the others

The new token is PIZZA.

BEER has been around for years, so I start there.

BEER spam

For years, I have been getting !BEER comments.
This was the latest one, but the bot did not trigger:

Anyways, as I have been getting many of these comments, one should assume I would hold a lot of these tokens by now...

These are all my tokens in Hiveengine; Never bought any:

They are worth 0.09$.
My rough guess is, I got 100 BEER comments over the years.

We are looking at 0.0009$ per comment.
That is the definition of SPAM.
Or in other words, they have failed to prove brain.

These tokens are nothing but SPAM.

They serve no purpose and waste bandwidth.

Moreover, if they are being used to allocate posting rewards to token holders, they are actively farming the posting rewards pool; Rewarding contributions regardless of content, which renders the whole curation process useless.

This is exactly the type of behaviour, which devalues HIVE.

PIZZA

The name HIVE might have been the poorest decission in terms of marketability, ever;
PIZZA is definitely the poorest choice in terms of taste.

Who in their right mind would pick such a name today?

Call me crazy as much as you like, but...

...they are either into it, or just ignorant; Either way, I will never support them.

I am seriously considering flagging all such comments under my posts.
I do not want to sound ungrateful, as I am sure most of those commenters mean well.
But just the spammy nature of these tokens and bots would be enough reason...

STOP

Please stop it!

Perhaps, I should create my own token: STOP token.
Just write STOP and the bot will downvote all the bullshit token comments under a post.
It will clean up your comment section and therefore be of actual value, at least more than their spam engines.

Can we not at least try to make the blockchain and its ingenius curation mechanisms work?
Do you really have to try and cheat at the first oportunity?
