Some promise that with strict diets and the like, you will lose 10 kilos in a month or so. But we must remember that not all organisms are the same and that they do not react in the same way to nutritional stimulation. In addition to this, within this context we must also highlight that the different purposes are a step of weight to deal with. Behind the real versions, there is a process of eating habits, learning, and physical activities that sustain a true process that can be taken as a lifestyle and not as a **lightning response** to what we have been creating all our lives or for years. The idea is to promote balanced and healthy nutritional habits that allow us to narrow a good perspective of the food we eat. **But**, arriving at this statement is part of a process. En mi caso, tuvo que dar lugar primero a un detonante para decidirlo: *Visité una tienda de ropa llamada "Traki", tenía mucho tiempo que no salía a ver ropa o similares (Soy una persona sedentaria). Pero, la ropa que me gustaba no existía en mi talla. Además de que al ir a probarme algunas piezas y que allí, frente al espejo no me reconocía y menos aún me quería. Recuperar la autoestima y el aprecio porque nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo, como dicen.* En los medios sociales ves tantas cosas como cuerpos esbeltos y más, pero debemos ser conscientes de que no siempre son la verdadera realidad la que nos muestran. Algunos prometen que con dietas estrictas y similares, llegarás a perder 10 kilos en un mes o similar. Pero debemos recordar que no todos los organismos son iguales y que no reaccionan de manera igual frente a la estimulación alimenticia. Aunado a ello, dentro de este contexto debemos resaltar también que los diferentes propósitos son un escalón de peso que tratar. Detrás de las versiones reales, hay un proceso de hábitos alimenticios, aprendizaje y actividades físicas que sustentan un verdadero proceso que pueda ser tomado como un estilo de vida y no como una **respuesta rayo** a lo que venimos creando toda la vida o por años. La idea, es fomentar hábitos nutricionales balanceados y sanos que nos permitan estrechar una buena perspectiva de la comida que consumimos. **Pero**, llegar a esta afirmación es parte de un proceso. A sabiendas realmente **consciente** de esto, por ello es que opté en la implementación de hábitos más sanos de alimentación, y además agregar ejercicio de manera diaria.
