Another trip up to Tamworth to see @scubahead and @millycf1976 in their narrowboat Badger. This time to deliver more mail and a couple of 3D prints.
It was also my trip on the boat with the recent new engine and I’m impressed considering its about 2/3 the size of the old Lister its quieter and it has more torque so certainly pushes the little Badger along very well its made a huge difference.
As usual I didn’t quite get away scot free and ended up refitting the bilge pumps. But that only seemed fair after another nice breakfast from @millycf1976.
Nice to have a trip with out worry that its going to die in a cloud of smoke.the little engine never missed a beat.
Sounds good going under the bridges too.

Normal people just walk their dogs.
I guess it will be another few weeks before I get to go up again but they will be away from Tamworth and the boatyard by then and fingers crossed parked near a pub
