I must say, @swap.app worked like a charm! I have been waiting for an easier and simpler process/platform to enable the conversion of Steem to Hive, HBD to Hive and most importantly Hive to BTC.
Personally, I find swap.app is the answer that I have been searching for. This enables so many other possibilities!
With @swap.app you can do:
Steem to Hive
Hive to Steem
HBD to Hive
Hive to HBD
Hive to BTC
I have tried swapping Steem to Hive and it did what it supposed to do, swapping immediately.
I had a few more Steem left for me to try this and it did work well.

Personally, I haven't got the chance to make swaps between HBD to Hive but I bet it works really well.
Swapping Hive to BTC.
When I first saw this platform, the first thing came to my mind was, hopefully, Hive to BTC is a success. My first try wasn't successful, reported it to the Discord channel and I must thank @cardboard for the quick fix.
Now, it works perfectly fine! I successfully sent Hive to my BTC wallet!
The minimum Hive is 13 Hive for you to send across the network and based on the post by swap.app, the fee is 0.7 % (not bad!). Not to worry, you also can encrypt your wallet address by following the steps in the link given above. Real easy!
Since I used Luno, I even got a notification.
Opening up more possibilites!
That said, I really feel good and excited about the development and growth currently happening here on Hive. Hence, this is the kind of development sets Hive far different from other blockchains.
