Born of A New Idea

Been through an intense 10 days Bootcamp to learn about ideation until structuring out a viable business plan. In the meantime, also get different inputs from experts like banks, research institution, global non profit organization, government and more! Even the participants themselves are experienced in certain fields like planting, finance, marketing, and more. Finally, on last Thursday, we headed to Menara Bank Rakyat in KL to pitch our idea, which is called the Urban Farm Online to the judges and get several great feedbacks on how to further the idea into a real business. It is amazing on how we could get something in our head and fine tune it to something that is presentable and sensible in terms of business module in such a short time. That’s why we say idea is cheap and execution is the way to make it real and valuable. Throughout the process, we as a team learned more about each other and know how to get things done by playing different roles. Will be sharing a more detailed takeaway this weekend to summarize the experience as a whole. Thanks a lot to the moderator of the bootcamp, 1337 Ventures led by Bikesh (aka Mike). Saw that @maverickfoo knew him too and had recommended him in LinkedIn. Truly, a small world in this entrepreneurial route.
