On my way home, I saw this traditional Malaysian dessert call Pulut Inti but with a dyed blue Glutinous rice. I decided to buy it to eat it after my dinner, each of these cost RM1.

Pulut Inti is made from glutinous rice and coconut milk and steamed. The Glutinous rice blue colour is from a flower call Bunga Telang. It is served with grated coconut cooked with a tombstone. It is usually served in a pyramid-shaped banana leaf wrap.
