One of the most popular dishes in my town is Ayam Bakar. Literally means grilled chicken. Fortunately friend of mine gave me a special Ayam Bakar Padang.

I love traditional Padang cuisines. Of course one of them is Ayam Bakar. Beside rendang, soto, and dendeng, ayam bakar is also worth to try.
It is better to taste with sambal - very spicy and hot ketchup.
