Hello Steemians, Hello Hong Kong!!

Shanghai foods are one of the popular foods among Chinese foods. Today my sharing is a restaurant found by previous Hong Kong singer. Sheng Jian is the Chinese name regarding the signature food "pan-fried pork buns".

The pan-fried pork buns are really juicy inside and crispy and hot outside. They carefully teach you how to enjoy the buns.

1st pray and appreciate how great it is!
2nd open a little hole on top and blow to cool down inside
3rd sip and enjoy the greatness of the soup inside
4th eat them up!

I guess those emojis already enough to tell without explaination!!

And then it comes Shanghai deep-fried pork ribs with" veggied" rice. Veggied rice is one of the famous rice cooking way from Shanghai, it's simply mixed the rice with pak choi. A healthy way to eat vegetables at the same time enjoying the pork ribs. I wonder the pork ribs should be like yellow color as the common one.

Turn out it doesn't taste "deep-fried", more like pan-fried as well with soy sauce? I guess. It tastes sweet and seasoned with sweet alco? Somehow quite appetizing.

"Drunk chicken wings" are more like appetizer since it's a cold dish and marinated mainly with the Huadiao wine. It tastes like doughy and mellow, since it takes quite a long time to cook slowly, quite mild.

King of Shanghai Sheng Jian is one of the places I always wanna dine in. They have couples of branch in Hong Kong. **The signature pan-fried pork buns are MUST try with Xiao Long Bao too.!
**

ENJOY!!!
