A place that looks warm, and has a cheerful atmosphere will usually easily attract the attention of visitors.
Likewise with POGO in Binjai City, North Sumatra, Indonesia.
POGO has a place that is not too broad, but is quite unique with the design of an open space with an area in the shopping center.
Minimalist style with a warm touch on the chandelier, this is still a favorite atmosphere to attract the attention of visitors.
During rush hour such as during lunch and dinner, this place is always crowded with visitors.
I was attracted to this place because I was indeed curious about the menus they offered. Look colorful and cheerful.
I admit POGO has an interesting menu book. But of course this does not guarantee the taste of the food they offer. We'll see how it tastes.
The menus offered at POGO are very diverse. Not only Indonesian food, but also other menus such as pizza and pasta.
For drinks, POGO offers a variety of brightly colored coffees and juices!
I chose Thai Pineapple Fried Rice served with seafood complement.
At first glance, it certainly attracts attention. Moreover, served with pineapple.
But unfortunately for the taste, I don't like the taste of pineapple fried rice with this seafood. In my opinion, there is something wrong with the selection of the pineapple that affects the taste of the rice which becomes too sour.
Luckily, I seemed to be saved with fresh carrot orange juice and this wasn't bad.
My mother chose Hot Plate Noodles with Water Spinach. When I tried tasting the little food my mother chose, I also felt that this hot plate noodle menu lacked good taste.
In my opinion not enough on the seasoning.
Prices at POGO are indeed normal prices at places to eat in shopping centers. But because I think it doesn't make me fall in love, then I feel this price is totally not worth it.
So, in the future I might not return to this place if there are still other choices.
