Recuerdo muy bien este lugar, puesto que mi abuela por parte paterna vivía justo en la calle de al lado. Era una casa grande y bonita la de mi abuela. Estaba llena de plantas por todas partes: desde la misma fachada y entrando por la puerta... por todas partes, en las habitaciones, escaleras, paredes y cualquier rincón imaginable. Recuerdo como, de niño, iba a veces a visitarla diciendo que era mi cumpleaños o mi santo (aunque no lo fuera) para que me diera unas monedas que gastaría en golosinas. La casa estaba y está aún junto a esta plaza. La casa está, la abuela ya no. Aunque siempre lo estará en la memoria y amor de sus hijos y nietos.
I remember this place very well, as my grandmother on my father's side lived right next street. It was a big, beautiful house, my grandmother's house. It was full of plants everywhere: from the façade itself and entering through the door... everywhere, in the rooms, on the stairs, on the walls and in every imaginable corner. I remember how, as a child, I sometimes went to visit her saying it was my birthday or my saint's day (even if it wasn't) so that she would give me a few coins to spend on sweets. The house was and still is next to this square. The house is here, the grandmother is gone. Although she will always be in the memory and love of her children and grandchildren.
