En la siguiente presentación les traigo la fruta y planta de Píritu, esta planta se da en zonas tropicales, es un árbol espinoso hasta en la cáscara donde permanecen las frutas, las hijas se extienden a lo largo desde el tallo permitiéndole servir de buen refugio a los pájaros protegiéndose de los depredadores. En Venezuela es utilizada la fruta como bebidas refrescantes y bebidas alcohólicas preparadas con ron blanco o caña clara como se dice en mi tierra ( Guárico ) se deja madurar bien la fruta dentro de un envase de vidrio con licor hasta unos tres meses o más para que se añeje.

Espero les guste mi presentación y si tienen esa fruta cerca pueden probar su jugo para refrescarse un poco. Preparación de la bebida refrescante, cuando la fruta este madura es de color negro la ponemos a calentar un poco con agua para que se ablande luego licuamos y colamos agregamos hielo y azúcar al gusto.
