¡Hola, amigos! En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes mi visita al cerro «La Copa», así como anteriormente les compartí mi experiencia de senderismo junto a mi hermana y mi primo en «El Peñón», espero que disfruten de ese maravilloso lugar a través de mis fotografías.
Hello, friends! This time I want to share with you my visit to the mountain called "La Copa" (the top) as I previously shared with you my hiking experience with my sister and my cousin in "El Peñón" (The Rock), I hope you enjoy this wonderful place through my pictures.
El cerro "La Copa" está ubicado en el pueblo de Montalbán, estado Carabobo en Venezuela. Mide 1810 metros de altura. No tengo fotografías del ascenso porque me fui junto a mis padres y tíos en un Jeep, mis primos sí se fueron caminando hacia la cima.
La Copa is located in the town of Montalbán, Carabobo state, in Venezuela. It's 1810 meters high. I have no pictures of the ascent because I went with my parents and uncles in a Jeep, my cousins did walk to the top.
Era muy temprano y por lo tanto la vista del lugar era preciosa, estaba un poco nublado.
It was very early in the morning and therefore the view of the place was beautiful, it was a little cloudy.
Ésa es mi hermana, pero no se asusten, aunque eso parece el borde de un acantilado, en realidad no lo es, abajo hay como una especie de plataforma.
That's my sister, but don't be scared, although that looks like the edge of a cliff, it's not really, there's a kind of platform below.
Ellas son mi madre y mi hermana, muy felices disfrutando del paisaje.
They are my mother and sister, very happy enjoying the scenery.
Allá arriba hay una antena repetidora de una de las compañías de televisión nacional más famosas del país (Venevisión) y es costumbre que si llegas a esa zona, te tomes al menos una fotografía en la antena, como lo hizo mi hermana.
Up there there is a repeater antenna of one of the most famous national television companies in the country (Venevision) and it's customary that if you get to that area, you take at least one picture on the antenna, as my sister did.
También nos encontramos con algunos animalitos, como este enorme escarabajo, aunque debo confesar que la única razón por la cual lo tomé con la mano, es porque estaba muerto, ya que de lo contrario, no me hubiese atrevido a hacerlo.
We also came across some small animals, such as this huge beetle, although I must confess that the only reason I took it in my hand was because it was dead, otherwise I would not have dared to do so.
También nos encontramos con esta preciosa perrita que pertenecía a un señor que vive en una cabaña cerca de allí.
We also found this beautiful puppy that belonged to a man who lives in a cabin nearby.
Y vimos a una hermosa yegua junto a su potro, nos emocionó mucho ver la escena de la madre amamantando a su bebé, así que decidí tomarles fotos.
And we saw a beautiful mare with her foal, we were very excited to see the scene of the mother suckling the foalher, so I decided to take pictures of them.
Allá abajo, a lo lejos se ve el pueblo de Montalbán.
Down there, in the distance, you can see the town of Montalbán.
Luego llegó la hora del almuerzo (carne asada) y la merienda (Torta de calabaza)
Then it was time for lunch (barbecue) and snack (pumpkin cake).
Disfruté muchísimo de ese viaje porque fue uno de los mejores momentos que viví junto a mi primo Enmanuel quien lamentablemente falleció hace casi un par de años.
I really enjoyed that trip because it was one of the best moments I had with my cousin Enmanuel who sadly passed away almost a couple of years ago.
También nos tomamos fotos en un árbol, aunque no demasiado alto porque le temo a las alturas, jaja.
We also took pictures in a tree, although not too high because I'm afraid of heights, haha.
Luego fuimos junto a mi mamá y una de mis tías a explorar en otra zona y nos encontramos con muchas flores, además de un hermoso paisaje.
Then we went with my mom and one of my aunts to explore another area and found many flowers and beautiful scenery.
La Copa es un lugar relajante, apacible, donde el aire es más puro y te da la oportunidad de encontrarte contigo mismo, de meditar y purificar tu alma.
"La Copa" is a relaxing, peaceful place, where the air is purer and gives you the opportunity to find yourself, to meditate and purify your soul.

These are my parents and my sister.
Es un precioso lugar para estar con familia y amigos, por eso jamás olvidaré esta experiencia, y espero repetirla en algún momento.
It's a beautiful place to be with family and friends, so I will never forget this experience, and I hope to repeat it at some point.
