Ayer estuve un poco reflexivo, y pensé muchas cosas, una que me llamó mucho la atención fue que me puse a cuestionarme lo siguiente:
"Nosotros mismos generamos nuestros problemas"
Suena obvio lo se, pero es algo que algunas personas no toman en cuenta esto y creen que todo lo que les sucede siempre es por culpa de los demás y que ellos no hicieron nada para que esto sucediese así.
En base a eso quise hacer esta fotografía, que aunque se ve sencilla, conceptualmente creo que es bastante buena, ya que ejemplifica y grafica de una manera muy clara y sencilla a lo que me refería al incido.

Yesterday I was a little reflective, and I thought many things, one that caught my attention was that I began to question the following:
"We ourselves generate our problems"
It sounds obvious I know, but it is something that some people do not take into account this and believe that everything that happens to them is always the fault of others and that they did nothing to make this happen like this.
Based on that I wanted to make this photograph, which although it looks simple, conceptually I think it is quite good, since it exemplifies and graphs in a very clear and simple way what I was referring to the incido.
Teniendo en cuenta que muchas veces nosotros mismos nos generamos problemas podremos solucionar muchos de ellos, además de que si lo hacemos comenzaremos a pensar mucho mas en el peso y la influencia de nuestras acciones tanto para nuestro presente como para el futuro.
Así que no se olviden de sentarse o recostarse en la cama unos cuantos minutos a reflexionar sobre su situación actual y como pueden mejorarla sin ser ustedes mismos un impedimento para ello.
Y conviértanse en su mayor referente, impulso y por supuesto motivación.
Taking into account that many times we generate problems ourselves we can solve many of them, in addition to that if we do we will begin to think much more about the weight and influence of our actions both for our present and for the future.
So don't forget to sit or lie in bed for a few minutes to reflect on your current situation and how you can improve it without being an impediment to it yourself.
And become their greatest reference, impulse and of course motivation.
¿Que cámara utilicé?
Esta fue la cámara que utilicé para hacer las fotos, una Sony A 330 de 10.2 mpx con un lente 18-55, aunque es un poco vieja es muy buena cámara y he tratado de aprovecharla mucho.
