Hoy les comparto mi frondosa planta Onoto también conocida como Achiote, esta planta podría medir hasta 5m de altura, y su fruto es una cápsula roja, de 2 a 6cm de largo con pelos gruesos y espinosos, de momento no les puedo mostrar fotos de su fruto porque aún no han madurado, pero tengo muchas ganas de cosechar este gran amigo de la cocina. Muy pronto estaré compartiendo la excelente producción que promete esta planta.
Today I share with you my lush Onoto plant also known as Achiote, this plant could measure up to 5m in height, and its fruit is a red capsule, 2 to 6cm long with thick and spiny hairs, at the moment I cannot show you photos of its fruit because they have not ripened yet, but I really want to harvest this great friend from the kitchen.
