Este es mi mejor tiempo de desarrollo profesional para aprender cosas nuevas y adquirir experiencias.
Nuestras guardias eran de 12-24 horas y las clases eran presenciales. El mayor impacto de la pandemia en ésta área fueron las clases online. El aislamiento también fue aplicado para nosotros, siendo aún médicos en formación, era necesario el resguardo y la prudencia para no colapsar el sistema.

No soy persona de andar en fiestas y frecuentar reuniones, sin embargo si soy de salir a distraerme en lo que me gusta que son actividades al aire libre, visitas de mis amigos que se convertían en bonitos momentos viendo películas o haciendo algún invento en la cocina.
Con todas las restricciones, la pandemia disminuyó mis salidas de casa y simplemente pude gozar de la compañía de quienes vivían bajo el mismo techo.
I am not a person to go to parties and frequent meetings, however I do go out to distract myself in what I like which are outdoor activities, visits from my friends that turned into beautiful moments watching movies or making some invention in the kitchen.
With all the restrictions, the pandemic diminished my going out of the house and I could simply enjoy the company of those who lived under the same roof.
Recreación | Recreation
Mi tiempo de recreación solía ser limitado por mis estudios, siempre me quedaba poco tiempo libre para ir de paseo o a alguna piscina a disfrutar del día, más que todo me recreaba en actividades conjuntas de excursiones y en ocasiones a la playa, sin embargo eran pocas las veces por el dinero y el tiempo.

Another form of recreation was exercising outdoors, sometimes there were walks to the hills of the city or to the beautiful Morros that are a very striking natural attraction.

Como ya lo he comentado antes, soy cristiana y las reuniones con mis hermanos en Cristo son reconfortantes, además hacíamos actividades de ayuda y evangelismo en el hospital, también las clases de enseñanza con los niños era parte de nuestro plan cada año.
Todas las actividades se vieron afectadas con las restricciones y a pesar de que seguimos reuniendonos y con las actividades de los niños, no se hace con la misma frecuencia ni con la misma libertad.
As I have said before, I am a Christian and the meetings with my brothers in Christ are comforting, we also did outreach and evangelism activities in the hospital, also teaching classes with the children was part of our plan every year.
All the activities were affected with the restrictions and although we continue to meet and with the children's activities, it is not done with the same frequency or with the same freedom.

Siempre me ha gustado invertir tiempo con mis amigos, me llena de satisfacción y además es un tiempo de mucho valor para mi.
Tiempo de risas, anécdotas, diversión y momentos inolvidables que definitivamente con la pandemia se redujeron a pocas oportunidades.

Las distintas restricciones preventivas modificaron muchas cosas, y nos obligaron a adaptarnos a un estilo de vida diferente y un poco más pasivo. Por ahora solo pido a Dios que nuestras familias estén libres de este virus y podamos vencerlo de una vez por todas para no hayan más pérdidas.
