on this network, you cant have more than 100% voting power. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, this waste is prevented to support the group.

who gets voted

it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.

How do I join?
