How does it work??

on hive, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.

how is this done

it balances the votes you make and receive to determine your position for the next vote, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
