After sailing yesterday, we spent today at the beach I grew up at and my eight-year-old son Devon caught his first wave!
My brother Tod was teaching him while I got to enjoy some waves on my own board which he's been keeping for me here in Huntington Beach, CA. I didn't get any pictures of me surfing, but this is my happy face after surfing:
The kids had fun playing in the sand:

My brother Tod is so great with the kids. They loved playing with him.
The sunset at the end of the day was breathtaking.
