#251 - There was a sign saying "No Jaywalking" but when rain strikes hard and people are caught up in the streets with or without their umbrella ☔ then they tend to disobey the sign which is pretty much acceptable. The local enforcers also understand the gravity of the situation hence allowing the people to Jaywalk.
That is thr situation these two individuals are experiencing when the sudden outburst of the tears from the sky pour down to the city's streets. Lucky are those with umbrellas and had somewhere to run for cover.
When rain strikes, the traffic ⛔ condition also worsens. Vehicles and people are also bumper to bumper.
A street of the city where there is an overpass used by people to get to other side of the streets and down below are vehicles, mostly are white taxis which do not use air-conditioning since the temperature in this elevated city is already cold.
Crossing each others path. An adult woman walks pass a younger child who is a student returning home while it is still raining. They do both have umbrellas ☔ and jackets to fight the elements. The older woman has these water proof boots.
People use the pedestrian crossing going to the city hall. Once the vehicle traffic halts the people who were waiting were given the chance to cross also.
