#240 - City hall blue collars are cleaning a large canal for drainage. The water way sometimes gets clogged with all sorts of waste but most in particular are those solids which get stuck in the water way and may cause flooding if not removed.
Hence the local government have people who do the dirty works to get down there using a ladder and pick those stuck waste items and put them on the road until a garbage truck arrives to pick it and send it to the garbage collection depots before the garbage get transported by bigger dump trucks to the landfill somewhere north.
A young man together with his old man walk casually in the street going to the other side. There are also other form of transportation like motorcycle and tricycle, even bike in this frame.
Walking is still one of the most mode of moving from a short distance. These people are walking on the side of the road and they seem to all going to the same direction. The man and woman in front of the pack hold bags of goods which they may have bought in the small market nearby.
