This giant boot is located outside of the Chamber of Commerce Building in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the town's existence. On one side is painted the county courthouse and on the other is the capital dome.
There are several of these boots located throughout the town each representing a different aspect of life in Cheyenne. This one is outside the library. As you can see there are books painted on this one.
